AG Strategies exists to help founders, CEOs and leadership teams put order into how they think, decide, organize, and execute,
so that their teams can grow beyond their dependency, work more humanely, and move from business misery, suspicion, and hesitation toward structured, confident, purposeful progress

We are doing so by providing both the required theory and by working together on the practical outcome. In the end you will learn how to make proper plans that bring strategy, operations, and your people together. From ideas, visions, and decisions to specific next steps.

Who we are
or values

Our code of conduct
or values

We Believe in Deliberate Evolution

Real progress comes from choosing what to change
- and changing it deliberately.

We believe there are no limits to those who find meaning in deliberate evolution. That is why we do not bring change for the sake of change or chase whatever is fashionable. We help businesses understand where they are, decide where they want to go and deliberately build the strategy, systems and capabilities to get there. Our clients get progress with direction — not more activity.

We Make Thinking Visible

Our work is to turn hidden thinking into clear
structures people understand and use.

When things are complex or unclear, our instinct is to structure them. We put thinking on paper, map relationships, document decisions, and create systems that allow others to understand and contribute. Important knowledge should not remain trapped in one person’s head. Making thinking visible allows us to question it, improve it, and build on it together.

Meaningful Autonomy

Autonomy without a system
is closer to anarchy.

We want people to think, decide, and take real ownership without everything depending on one person. But autonomy does not mean everyone doing things their own way. We build alignment and protect it through systems, responsibilities, decision boundaries, and working rhythms that eventually allow people to act independently. When a system no longer works, we improve it rather than simply bypass it.

Competence is Earned

And it shows in the quality of the work

— not in the attitude.

We do not confuse competence with titles, appearances, or corporate formality. Competence is built by thinking deeply, understanding the requirements, preparing properly, respecting the process, and putting in the required effort. The difference between theory and practice is thinking. We reject intellectual laziness disguised as “just theory,” knowing that serious people will recognise serious work.

The Currency of Relationships is Trust

We speak openly, assume good intent,
and build without defensive egos.

We want relationships where people can ask questions, disagree, admit uncertainty, and say what they genuinely think. Trust does not mean always agreeing or avoiding difficult conversations. It means knowing that we are trying to make the work better together. We choose openness over defensiveness and understanding over protecting our ego and blaming the universe.

We Care Whether It Works

We do not just complete our part;
we care whether it works.

Indifference is culturally unacceptable. Our responsibility does not end because we completed the task assigned to us. We stay interested in the outcome, raise problems when we see them, help where we can, and take responsibility for making the whole thing work. Mistakes are acceptable and part of learning; consistently not caring about their consequences is not.
