AG Strategies was founded by Antonios Giannakoudakis, a mechanical engineer with an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and experience spanning technology, corporate operations and organizational leadership.
His book, Από το Όραμα στην Πράξη (From Vision to Action), examines how strategic direction can be translated into concrete organizational choices and action.
Structured strategic management should be accessible to growing businesses—not reserved for large corporations.
